Our Story

Born out of loss. Built so fewer families face it.

Two people, two different losses, one shared purpose — a healthcare system that finally works together.

DiagnosIO was born out of loss.

In 2017, Manzoor Raziq was 23 when his brother was diagnosed with cancer. He travelled to Delhi and other cities in search of the right treatment, and for the first time watched someone he loved go through chemotherapy. Nearly three months in hospital taught him how confusing, exhausting and uncertain the healthcare journey can be — for the patient and the family beside them. That year, he lost his brother. The experience never left him.

Anupam Kakati knows the same pain. He was barely 15 when he lost his mother to cancer. A loss that early shaped the way he sees the world, and over the years it turned into a commitment to use his skills to help others.

When Manzoor and Anupam met, they found the same purpose in their different stories. Together they began building DiagnosIO — an integrated healthcare ecosystem that connects patients, doctors, pharmacies, laboratories and other stakeholders, so that fewer families have to go through what theirs did.

The people

Meet the founders

Manzoor Raziq, Founder of DiagnosIO

Manzoor Raziq

Founder · Administration & Operations

Manzoor is the person who first imagined DiagnosIO, and the idea comes from lived experience. At 23, he saw how hard it is for families to find the right care, travel for treatment and manage long hospital stays — and he decided to work on it.

His first attempt came in 2021, an AI-based cancer-detection solution. It didn't succeed, but it taught him what it takes to build in healthcare and strengthened his resolve to try again with a more complete approach.

A B.Tech graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Manzoor has 15+ years of experience across entrepreneurship, business and people management, project management and technology. He is a founding member of EooT Technologies, an IT company in Guwahati, where he looks after administration, business analysis and client relationships. At DiagnosIO he leads business, administration, partnerships and team coordination, turning the idea into a platform that can scale.

I spent three months in a hospital watching my brother fight, and I promised myself that no family should have to face that journey alone and confused. DiagnosIO is that promise.
Anupam Kakati, Co-Founder of DiagnosIO

Anupam Kakati

Co-Founder · Technology

Anupam leads technology at DiagnosIO. He lost his mother to cancer when he was barely 15, and that loss has shaped the way he builds: technology should make life easier for people exactly when they need help most.

He is an IT consultant and Data Science & Analytics Engineer with 13+ years of experience delivering data-driven solutions across government and World Bank–funded projects — MIS reporting, dashboard development, analytics engineering and software development. He has contributed to large-scale initiatives such as the CM Dashboard Assam, Sikkim INSPIRES and NTEP Assam.

Anupam also builds for the community. He founded the Jan Briddhi Foundation, an NGO, and NearBlood, a blood-donation platform; he is also a founding member of EooT Technologies. At DiagnosIO he owns the technology — the data, the product experience and the systems that connect patients, doctors, pharmacies and laboratories.

I couldn't save my mother, but I can build technology that makes sure other families don't feel as helpless as mine did. Every system I build at DiagnosIO is for them.
